- Purchase of a major media group funded by Candover and Goldman Sachs and subsequent trade sale.
- Issue of £110m of bonds on the Luxembourg stock exchange to refinance Mez debt
- Outsourcing a £500m property portfolio management
- Negotiation of Joint ventures, equity investments and bank funding totaling approximately £140m of funding since 2005.
